2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. hh666 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
2.4 Geographic Eligibility. hh666 services are directed at Users in jurisdictions where accessing and using online gaming services is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hh666 does not provide legal advice regarding your jurisdiction's treatment of online gaming.
3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify hh666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. As a general rule, events abandoned before completion may be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific sport rules.

Settlement is based on the official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. DRS decisions and super overs are incorporated per the sport rules.
6.1 Game Fairness. 10.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hh666's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your hh666 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Excluded Losses. hh666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if hh666 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
10.4 Force Majeure. hh666 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond hh666's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, cyberattacks, or third-party service provider outages.
11.1 Data Collection. hh666 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of its Services, including registration information, transaction data, device identifiers, and usage analytics. 11.2 KYC Data. Identity verification documents submitted as part of the KYC process — including CNIC copies and selfie photographs — are handled in accordance with hh666's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. KYC data is retained for the period required under applicable regulatory standards and then securely destroyed.
11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you consent to receiving marketing communications from hh666 via SMS, email, and in-platform notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via Account settings or by contacting the support team. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the receipt of transactional or Account security communications.
